LMI is currently looking for an All-Source Analyst in support of the Cyber domain to work on site with our client in Northern Virginia.

Successful candidates will work well in team environments and will be capable of operating independently with minimal supervision. Candidates will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization. The positions require prior experience in supporting All-Source Analysis, preferably with a Cyber expertise, as well as familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives.

Responsibilities

In addition, successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in the tradecraft standards of research and analysis and familiarity with the Intelligence Community. The primary function of an All-Source Analyst is to conduct research and analysis on cases with the potential to produce intelligence reporting. Furthermore, to support operational elements by providing technical intelligence expertise, which includes but not limited to the review, writing, and dissemination of classified cyber-driven intelligence reporting. providing operational research and analysis in furtherance of the client’s objective to acquire intelligence. Daily activities include:

  • Utilize customer-specific databases to conduct multiple layers of research and write summaries, reports, official correspondence, and guidance.
  • Plan, direct and evaluate research of geographic or functional areas.
  • Perform extensive multi-INT analysis (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, OSINT), produce technical intelligence reports in support of special programs and provide expertise and leadership in the development finished intelligence products, assessments, and recommendations.
  • Provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on the analysis to customer management.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 6-8 continuous years of work experience in multi-Intelligence which includes a solid understanding of the SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT, Open-Source, and Geospatial intelligence disciplines and a bachelor’s degree.
  • Work experience must include 6-8 years as a multi-Intelligence analyst within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise and/or IC.
  • Demonstrable critical thinking, advanced research, problem-solving, operational and leadership experiences.
  • Areas of expertise must include at least two (2) of the following: Cyber, Counterintelligence (CI), Counter Terrorism (CT), Counterproliferation (CP), and hard target intelligence reporting.

Security Clearance Statement:
TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph is required. Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. For this position, LMI will only consider applicants with current security clearances. Please note that only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

 

Desired Qualification:

  • An understanding of Targeting, Collection Requirements and Gaps, Military Intelligence, Special Technical Operations and Worldwide Cyber Operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technology into layman terms.
  • Self-motivated, creative, willing to work as a member of a team, organized and able to manage individual schedule.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and non-standard hours when needed.
