Overview

LMI is seeking a skilled Talent Management Sr. Analyst/Consultant at our headquarters office in Tysons, VA. This position will support and lead various talent management initiatives in support of our LMI culture, including employee engagement programs and events, student programming, mentoring, performance management, and training/professional development. This role reports to the Vice President of Talent Management and proactively collaborates with the business, Talent Management and larger Human Resources team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify employee development needs and design effective engagement, training, and development programs.
  • Contribute to enhancing the employee experience by assisting in the design and implementation of engagement and retention strategies.
  • Participate in performance management processes, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Analyze talent management data to identify trends and make data-informed recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures related to talent management.
  • Support LMI’s 1:1 and flash mentoring program powered by Chronus mentoring software, including developing project schedules, executing all mentoring activities, serving as system administrator, and delivering training to employees,
  • Identify metrics and perform data analytics to measure the impact of HR activities on our culture,
  • Provide support for coaching and mentoring initiatives to foster the growth and development of our employees.
  • Lead the planning and execution of a variety of corporate employee engagement events,
  • Partner with Talent Management Vice President and HR leadership on enterprise-wide or strategic talent initiatives,
  • Oversee LMI’s stay and exit interview programs,
  • Perform special HR projects as requested

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise across various talent management activities with 3-5+ years of related work experience,
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business, or related field,
  • Ability to travel to and work at LMI Tysons HQ on a regular basis,
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and verbal/ written communication skills including presentation skills
  • Demonstrated business acumen and workplace integrity,
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to deliver data-driven, recommendations and accurately assess/ analyze data,
  • Event planning experience,
  • Ability to work in a team-based and collaborative environment,
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and data analytics
  • Management consulting experience

Desired Experience/ Skills

  • Master’s degree in related discipline,
  • Professional Services and/or consulting experience,
  • Ability to partner with senior leaders and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills,
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and a desire to look for creative solutions, be proactive, and innovate,
  • Experience working in HR-related software systems
