LMI advances the pace of progress, enabling our customers to thrive while adapting to evolving mission needs.  This role will support the USAF in streamlining and accellerating processes utilizing Agile methodologies by leveraging SharePoint.

Responsibilities

Position Expectations:

  • Perform all required responsibilities and duties in accordance with LMI policies
  • Actively engage in your role, make informed decisions, be accountable for all outcomes, and be a positive influence and LMI ambassador
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients, partners, teammates
  • Contribute to the programs and initiatives designed to advance company strategic priorities

Duties: 

  • Design, write and develop workflows, support programs and applications
  • Maintain and revise existing applications, workflows and application components
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications and application components
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define, design and deploy applications and enhancements that meet the needs of the clients and other end users
  • Configure a design that satisfies business requirements and desired specifications, including performnance and security requirements
  • Researche, evaluate and implement new technilogy to optimize application efficiency, reliability and usability
  • Maintain records to document technical and functional developments and revisions as well as document libraries and site colletionsAdditional duties' as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, business or related field
  • 5+ years experience with Microsoft SharePoint
  • LMI may choose to substiture education with relevant experience

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills: 

  • Master's Degree in IT, business or related field
  • 10+ years experience with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Exprience working with government clients
  • Ability to communicatie clearly and effectively
  • Works well in a fast paced environment
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
