The Leadership Development Manager is responsible for working with key stakeholders to define and establish a recognizable leadership culture and climate within the organization. Reporting to the Talent Management Director, she/he will design and implement programs that support enterprise-wide leadership development and act as the center of gravity for leadership expertise and best-practices at LMI.
