This position is on the consulting staff of a government consulting firm located in Tysons, VA. Work will be at client location in McLean, VA. Provide asset management support to Federal Government Lead’s contractor support team. Principle responsibilities include providing support and analysis in property management, audit readiness, and capital equipment valuation.
Asset management specialist providing customer life-cycle support and analysis in the areas of personal property accountability, capital equipment financial valuation, and auditability.
Assists customer with accountable property inventories, property records, reconciling property records with inventories, and quarterly financial data call responses
5 years minimum experience in federal government property management and logistics.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in the areas of developing standard operating procedures and policy documents a must.
Working knowledge and skills supporting federal agency Federal Managers Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA) and internal controls processes a plus.
TS/SCI with poly required.
