Responsibilities

  • Supports Logistics executive meetings, working group, and Total Asset Management (TAM) Working Group meetings.  Responsible for scheduling meetings, drafting/coordinating a complex agenda, receiving/reviewing content, identifying any deficiencies for Government review, conducting briefings as required, writing meeting minutes, and collecting/posting presentations and minutes to a SharePoint site.
  • Supports on-going initiatives and Community of Practices meetings to include:  Warehouse Optimization, Logistics Workforce Professional Development Program, TAM Audit efforts, eWaste Optimization, Excess Property Reutilization, Motor Vehicle Fleet Management.  
  • Conducts an annual Program Budget Submission review of Logistics Performance Measures and communicates with stakeholder elements regarding proposals for new Logistics Performance Measures and/or implementing changes to existing Performance Measures.   
  • Supports annual integrated facilities and logistics Workshops, assists in developing the agenda, coordination with guest speakers, receiving/reviewing content, identifying deficiencies, facilitating Logistics presentations as required.
  • Conducts a Warehouse Data Call to support logistics initiatives, operations and responses to higher-directed tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree highly desired
  • Can substitute relevant work experience for education
  • Minimum 3-5 Years of relevant work experience required
