LMI is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Product Manager to support the United States Postal Service’s Integrated Logistics Ecosystem upgrades, enhancements, implementations, and deployments. The Product Manager serves as the critical liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development teams, ensuring that project outcomes align with business objectives and operational requirements. This role bridges communication between our client’s business personnel and IT, representing the priorities and needs of each group to the other. As the Product Manager for the Integrated Logistics Ecosystem (ILE), you will drive the modernization of one of the largest logistics networks in the nation. You’ll own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of digital capabilities that optimize logistics operations, improve service reliability, and enhance USPS’s mission performance.
The Product Manager will work closely with a geographically diverse project team—including the client, subcontractors, contractors, and vendors—on technology-focused initiatives. This individual will bridge the gap between IT and business personnel, ensuring that the needs of each are understood, communicated, and addressed effectively. The Product Manager will collaborate across multiple business areas, align concepts across the entire project lifecycle, and build a deep understanding of how various operations function within the Integrated Logistics Ecosystem. Key responsibilities include identifying process improvement opportunities, minimizing risk through the application of SAFe Agile methodologies, and translating business needs into clear technical requirements to guide IT teams in designing, developing, and deploying solutions. This position also provides innovative guidance to technical writers, trainers, and deployment teams to ensure consistent alignment and delivery excellence.

Target salary range: $109,000 - $189,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.
