This position will serve as a primary lead for developing LMI’s facilities strategy and managing all aspects of LMI’s Facilities portfolio, including LMI’s SCIF spaces. This position will be responsible for managing LMI’s facilities budgeting, construction, maintenance and repair program, which generally consists of life cycle planning and execution of construction, maintenance and repair at LMI’s locations. A background in managing secured facilities is strongly preferred.
This position is generally expected to work 3 days a week in LMI's Tysons Headquarters, but additional time in office may be required depending on workload, as well as travel to our other locations.
Travel may be required, possibly including weekends.
