We are seeking a Program Analyst who thrives at the intersection of process optimization, technology-enabled solutions, and human-centered service delivery. In this role, you will support the VA Office of Research and Development (ORD) scientific merit review process analyzing complex workflows, identify opportunities for efficiency, and recommending scalable improvements to support Merit Review Support Services (MRSS) and our government clients’ strategic and programmatic goals.
