LMI is seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and coordinate Agile execution across the full F-35 LogIT program in support of OSW sustainment efforts. This role serves as the chief facilitator and integrator for the Agile Release Train, ensuring alignment across teams, stakeholders, and program leadership while driving predictable delivery of program objectives. The RTE will oversee Program Increment planning and execution, manage cross-team dependencies and risks, and foster continuous improvement in Agile practices and performance. Working closely with the Program Manager, Systems Engineering leadership, and technical teams, this individual maintains a program-level perspective to balance delivery, quality, and mission priorities. The ideal candidate brings experience leading large, complex Agile efforts in defense or aerospace environments and excels at enabling teams to operate efficiently while keeping the F-35 LogIT program aligned with strategic goals and contract requirements.
