Responsibilities

  • Revise longstanding practices, policies and procedures
  • Launch communication of and socialize changes across the organization to achieve goals with minimal organizational impact.
  • Facilitate cultural shifts
  • Design and conduct surveys
  • Develop Power Point presentations
  • Develop Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), log questions, provide answers, update FAQs log
  • Deploy communications plan to multiple levels of leadership, including Senior Procurement Executives, Commissioners, Assistant Commissioners, Regional leadership, and Assistant Directors.
  • Produce, copyedit, proofread and revise communications both for internal and external release.

Qualifications

  •  

    • 2-3 years' experience
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel).
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Able to communicate effectively and confidently with multiple levels of leadership
    • If not currently residing in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, ability to re-locate immediately.  If current in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area, ability to travel to and work onsite at client site.
    • Exposure to internal social media tools such as Chatter.
    • Exposure to Google Suite
