As a Subcontracts Administrator / Purchasing Specialist you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of subcontracts and procurement activities in support of government and commercial programs. This role ensures compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements, supports manufacturing and program execution needs, and leads the negotiation of commercial terms, conditions, and licensing agreements. The position operates in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment requiring strong business acumen, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will procide direct operational acquisition support for sourcing and procurement activities, ensuring timely acquisition of goods and services in alignment with customer, contract and organizational requirements. This role focuses on executing end-to-end sourcing actions, supporting program teams, and maintaining compliance with applicable procurement regulations, policies, and contractual obligations.

The target salary range for this position is $77,000-$130,000.
The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to location, internal equity, business considerations, client contract requirements, and candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, skills, and security clearances.
