Position is on the staff of a not-for-profit government consulting firm located in McLean, VA. The consultant will represent the Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA) G-4 Supply Policy Directorate at Fort Lee, VA working side-by-side with the Joint Culinary Center of Excellence (JCCoE) to implement the Army Food Service Modernization Plan and other efforts in the HQDA Execution Order 252-15 (Improving Garrison Dining Facility). Goal is to bring food service operations to a 21st Century performance standard by incorporating the latest trends in campus style feeding concepts, incorporating mobile services, and reducing infrastructure -- all while lowering costs. Frequent travel will be required to Army installations to oversee the implementation of the concept/plan. Position requires a DoD Secret Clearance.
