Responsibilities

  • Provide program management subject matter expertise to include a detailed understanding of the DoD 5000.2, to assist the EBS Increment 2 PM in his duties of planning, developing, acquiring, testing, deploying, and disposal of programs throughout the lifecycle.
  • Develop and perform continuous management of the Project Management Plan and integrated master schedule
  • Manage and coordinate all analysis efforts and identify critical areas for improvement.
  • Assess all ongoing work-efforts and the impact of any schedule change on cost and performance.
  • Conducts periodic schedule reviews and revalidates the supporting business case analysis prior to each change in the strategy.
  • Facilitate or lead as necessary EBS Increment 2 Working Level IPTs
  • Plan, coordinate and manage the team efforts to develop, test, deploy and sustain business solutions.
  • Ensure all functional/team members develop, update and maintain the program documentation library based on the Business Capability Lifecycle and the DoD 5000 series

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in a program management role
  • Professional certification PMP, ITIL, or DAWIIA
  • Solid understanding of DoD 5000

  • Understanding of DeCA governances, systems, and missions as well as functional knowledge of retail ordering, receiving, and inventory procedures.
