Opening is for a position with work location in government facility in Petersburg, VA.


  • Conduct enterprise/EBS and CARTS R/M development test and evaluation
  • Support operational tests and manage test execution, data collection, and analysis.
  • Use the requirements derived from information in the RFP, the CDD, Change Requests, System Engineering Plan, the TEMP and software release notes to create test scenarios and test cases which are used to evaluate system software and hardware
  • Based on test results, coordinate and conduct test readiness reviews for providing recommendations to the DeCA PMO, Systems Engineering offices, and Product Support offices in terms of successfully meeting the designated exit criteria or actions necessary for corrective action.
  • Testers also conduct certification testing for electronic funds transactions (EFT).
  • Develop, update and maintain the enterprise/EBS and CARTS R/M test documentation library based on the DoD 5000 series
  • Facilitate or lead as necessary the Test Working Level IPT in the preparation, approval and submission of all test related documentation leading to the Investment Review Board (IRB) certification and milestone approval.



  • Understanding of the DoD 5000 (testing requirements, milestones, and documentation)
  • Knowledge of functional and technical requirements, and DeCA business rules
  • 5 Years experience point of sale system testing a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with software testing concepts
  • Experience with the SDLC
  • Experience using JIRA
