The ideal candidate combines strong technical production skills with an understanding of adult learning, accessibility, instructional media, and reusable learning-object design. They will be equally comfortable editing a two-hour recorded training session into a series of concise self-paced modules, creating an annotated software demonstration, developing a one-page desk-side reference, or producing the visual assets needed to make a complex technical process easy for a VA employee to understand and apply.
