LMI is currently seeking a mid-to-senior-level management consultant with a TS/SCI clearance (polygraph) and at least 10 years of experience in the Intelligence Community to lead an exciting consulting project for a US government Intelligence Community customer.
The project will involve designing research to explore the expertise of defense intelligence analysts; conducting interviews, focus groups, surveys, and data analysis (as warranted); analyzing research results; and preparing and briefing research findings to senior leaders. Ideal candidates will have supported initiatives at defense intelligence organizations, and must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior clients.
A BS or BA degree with a major associated with one of the above disciplines is preferred; an MBA, MPA and/or related certification (e.g. PMP) desired.
Candidates should have direct, applied experience in one or several of the following management consulting disciplines:
