LMI seeks Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC) Tower Climbers to support a U.S. Customs and Border Protection operations. As part of our high-performing team, The QA/QC Tower Climber is responsible for supporting deployment, sustainment, quality assurance, quality control, and inspection activities for communications, surveillance, and related tower-based systems. The contractor will perform on-site field observations, tower inspections, documentation reviews, quality assessments, and compliance verification to ensure that all deployment and sustainment activities are conducted in accordance with established requirements, industry standards, safety regulations, and programmatic objectives. Frequent travel is required. This position cannot be performed remotely, with a requirement to be on site at a CBP facility in Tucson, AZ.

This position requires a tower climb-certified professional at the competent level or above who can serve as the on-site subject matter expert, independently support and lead deployment-related activities, inspect work performed by outside vendors, and validate compliance at CBP-owned or leased tower locations.

Targeted Salary Range: $65,000 - $125,000
