Responsibilities

Senior Program Manager required for support for Government-wide transformation efforts.  This position will support Unified Shared Services Management efforts across Government.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support successful program execution for multiple high profile projects, including coordination and communication with OMB
  • Support successfully planning, project execution and implementation of shared services across the government
  • Provide strategic planning support for shared services implementation through execution of governance and program toll gates
  • Provide early feedback to programs on areas of program/project execution weakness followed by written recommendations for correction
  • Hold feedback meetings with program executives to discuss findings and corrective actions
  • Develop follow up materials and updates to program play books to support successful execution
  • Assist with the creation of a strategic plan, performance metrics, and objectives, key results, and tactics for unified shared services

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience
  • PMP required
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources and/or Financial Management shared services solutions and implementations for large enterprise or large Agency implementations
  • Ability to multi-task in high-profile environment
  • Ability to communicate with executive level leaders across Government
  • Experience with IT governance lifecycle/PMO gate processes and/or framework

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience with OMB
  • Certified Scrum Master and/or ITIL certified
  • Experience with MS Project
  • Experience with Google Suite
  • Experience with SmartSheet, Trello and other Government-wide approved project management tools
