In this execution-focused client-facing position of Facility Operations Specialist, a successful candidate will possess strong project management skills and will work closely with the larger PMO team within their sector, providing oversight and monitoring on the PMO’s portfolio of maintenance projects.

Desired experience to include:


    • Manage a portfolio of client facilities within the sector of assignment;
    • Supports Facility Operations Manager (FMs) in tasks related SOW/IGE writing, Procurement processes (ie. TRIRIGA Opportunity entries, creating PRRs, etc.), and coordinating maintenance actions with sites and contractors;
    • Works with Corridor Managers/Specialists to gather detailed information of sites, equipment, repairs, etc. to be reported to upper management;
    • Possesses Facility Management experience to clarify work order requests and monitors minor repair and task order performance;
    • Support all project requirements, which may include providing acquisition program management consulting and analysis as required to facilitate the success of specific programs
    • Shall provide assistance in the development of a variety of acquisition-related Programs supported business documents (such as SOW/SOO/PWS) in accordance with USACE, FAA, GSA, CBP, and  FAR
    • Will assist the government in the preparation of Market Research, Determination of Findings, and analysis of Alternatives (AoA) documentation
    •  Will assist in the preparation of Independent Government Cost Estimates (IGCE) and lifecycle costs for acquisition and program support requirements
    • Manage, track, and report on the required funding and the budget for the initiative project, or task in its purview
    • Support the PMO by monitoring maintenance work and tracking the completion, assisting the government in developing repair solutions for facilities, and developing task and project documentation as required
    • Assist the government in oversight and monitoring of environmental task completion and shall assist the government in making sure all permits, warranties, and equipment documentation is accounted for in the appropriate systems of record
    • Shall act as a single point-of-contact for all parties/partners involved within these projects


    • 5 or more years of related work experience is required;
    • Bachelor’ or equivalent degree is required;
    • Possess a proven experience developing and maintaining working relationships with high level officials and technical experts;
    • Ability to work collaboratively with all team members;
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
    • Expertise with Microsoft office suite of programs, especially MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word;
    • Experience working in a fast-based, analytical environment;
    • Experience working within MS Project, SAP and Primavera P6 preferred.


    Specialized Skills/Certifications include:

    • Must be able to obtain CBP Public Trust;
    • Completed CBP Background Investigation clearance strongly preferred;
    • PMP certification is preferred, but not required;
    • DHS Experience is preferred.
  • Availability for occasional travel.U.S citizenship is required for this position.
