LMI is currently seeking a survey methodologist / data analyst with TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and experience supporting Intelligence Community customers.
The ideal candidate will have supported initiatives across more than one IC organizational component, and must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior clients. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying surveys to samples of the workforce on important workplace issues and initiatives; analyzing the results; and preparing succinct and insightful briefings and summaries of the key findings from the survey. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing trends in workforce data and how they relate to workplace issues and initiatives.
Candidates should have direct, applied experience with one or more of the following areas or tools:
Survey Methods Statistical Sampling and Analysis (to include correlations, cross-tablulations, and regressions)
Research Design and Execution
MS Excel (including pivot tables)
A BS or BA degree with a major in a quantitative (such as statistics, mathematics, etc.) or social science discipline is preferred; a master's degree is desired. Must have at least 3 years of experience (preferable with an Intelligence Community customer) to include experience in one or more relevant skills or tools.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
