LMI, a not-for-profit government consulting firm, is seeking a human capital/ management consultant within its Organization and Human Capital Solutions practice. Candidates must be able to pass background checks and/or obtain a security clearance if needed.
Role includes working as part of a team to conduct one or more projects in strategy, business or organizational assessment, workforce assessment and human capital management, process improvement, change management and communications, or program support. The primary focus of the work is planning and supporting projects that move federal government clients forward to achieve their mission priorities. Project work can include organizational transformation efforts that range from strategic planning to tactical implementation and a variety of product development (such as briefings, reports, plans and road maps, dashboards and other quantitative results displays, multimedia products, and others).
