LMI is seeking individuals with experience in HUMINT operations to support our clients within the US Intelligence Community.
We are currently looking for candidates with varying levels of professional experience, including at least three years of HUMINT-specific experience. An ideal candidate would possess in-depth knowledge of a regional/functional area critical to US national security, such as CT, CP, CA, and/or CI, have overseas experience, or have taken relevant client training courses and weapons qualifications.
These positions require individuals who understand and possess at least three years of hands-on experience with HUMINT operations, such as: Full-cycle of operations; ability to guide, evaluate, and disseminate intelligence reports; ability to research/analyze complex information and data to drive overseas operations; military special operations experience. Candidates must be able to think creatively when searching for solutions to our customers' most pressing challenges, lead any associated collection or targeting effort, draft operational and substantive cables, and effectively present the findings and recommendations to leaders within the Intelligence Community. Additionally, the successful candidate must be a strong team player who has solid relationship-building skills, interacts easily with all levels of clients, and possesses outstanding communication and writing skills.

TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph is required. Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
