  • Overview

    LMI currently has an opportunity for a Program Planner and Coordinator (PPC) shall with an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to support an intelligence communty customer in the Reston/Herndon area.


    The Program Planner and Coordinator (PPC) shall provide administrative support to prepare consolidated responses, track internal and external project actions, and provide assistance with other various tasks.  The ideal candidate will conduct research and assist in the development of business and communication strategies, graphic designs, PowerPoint briefings, initiatives, and requirements.  The PPC will also document and educate key stakeholders on emerging trends relevant to the organization and work with others to perform outreach to community partners.  The PPC shall work with others to plan, coordinate, and support conferences; plan, schedule, attend and document meetings; draft and disseminate briefings; and make contact with stakeholders to address concerns and issues. 


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain, track and respond to key actions from upper management, mission partners, and external industry partners
    • Serve as the key point of contract for the coordination of significant information and events for the group
    • Attend meetings, capture key actions, and develop report for the management team to use for mission planning
    • Assist with scheduling of activities and meetings for the group by coordinating various calendars from stakeholders and industry partners
    • Provide ad-hoc support by with travel arrangements for the group
    • Develop other documents and briefings related to office activities for wide dissemination


    • TS/SCI with Polygraph
    • 5+ years of relevant experience as an action officer, executive officer or assistant, technical officer, project or program integrator, administrative assistant
    • Demonstrated outstanding organizational or managerial skills to handle multiple priorities
    • Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative relationships
    • Must have a pleasant personality and strong ability to work with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
    • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to develop and generate content for meetings, briefings, documents, blogs and/or websites
    • Experience working with SharePoint to upload documents and/or experience making updates or minor changes to SharePoint sites
    • Demonstrated significant experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Outlook


    Desired/preferred qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Experience working with the DO
    • Experience using Excel and GoTravel
