    LMI is currently seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support its in-house recruiting initiatives. This position will be located in LMI's Tysons, VA location.

    Responsibilities

    The Corporate Recruiter will work in a challenging, high-volume, fast-paced environment. The position is responsible for the quality and effectiveness of the talent acquisition process and implementing strategies to identify, attract, and hire high quality employees. The Corporate Recruiter will partner with and build strong relationships with internal clients and peers. In this role, the Corporate Recruiter will have specific responsibility for a variety of recruiting related activities including candidate sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, negotiating, as well as tracking and reporting information. Occasional travel may be required.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.
    • 2+ years of professional recruiting experience, preferably in a government contracting environment or in both staffing and corporate environments. Demonstrated tenure in work history is a must.
    • Must have a firm understanding of OFCCP compliance and the ability to track requisitions for compliance.
    • Ability to recruit on requisitions that are both technical and non-technical in nature.
    • Knowledgeable of employment law and hiring practices.
    • Knowledge of sourcing for DoD cleared professionals.
    • Proven track record of successfully meeting key performance metrics (time-to-fill ratios, interview-to-hire ratios, etc.).
    • Proven success in managing and sourcing a high volume of job requisitions at one time.
    • Ability to develop and maintain resume database and candidate network.
    • Ability to work within LMIs applicant tracking system for positing positions, as well as organizing, reviewing and tracking all applicants. Experience with iCIMS is a plus.
    • Ability to maintain excellent communication with any and all candidates that are being considered for future or current LMI positions.
    • Abiliy to build relationships and identify networking opportunities, as well as develop effective working relationships with the LMI management team.
    • Experienced in developing thorough needs assessments with hiring managers to help determine the ideal candidates for their needs.
    • Experienced in posting and sourcing for candidates on social media, job boards, trade organizations, etc.
