  • Overview

    The Solutions Development Services Sub-Service Line has expertise in providing capabilities enabled by software as a service (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS/Azure), cloud application transformation, content resource management and service applications, and customized solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Contribute to the growth of the Solutions Development Services Sub-Service Line by defining the strategic direction and driving collaborative initiatives with markets in meeting revenue targets.  Balance future growth and development of the offerings portfolio for the sub-service line and the present day capabilities of the sub-service line staff to deliver services.
    • Build LMI’s capabilities in the sub-service line and develop innovative offerings that align with customers’ strategy and missions.
    • Support business development efforts to grow opportunities for LMI by providing technical input and solutions. Collaborate with market leads to understand the needs of customers and develop capabilities to meet those needs.
    • Ensure staff members deliver capabilities of the sub-service line. Has responsibility for hiring, training, evaluating, and promoting staff members assigned to sub-service line, as well as facilitating staff deployment to markets.

    Qualifications

    • Solid understanding of LMI’s offerings within the sub-service line, including experience in delivering these capabilities to clients.
    • Proven experience in designing, developing new offerings, revitalizing the capabilities and skills, and innovating to enhance the sub-service line portfolio of offerings.
    • Strong ability to collaborate to get things done in a matrixed organization (e.g., successful collaboration across division/groups).
    • Experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing and dynamic teams to deliver on program requirements.
    • Demonstrated experience managing profit and loss and employee utilization is advantageous.
    • Demonstrated strong cultural fit and value alignment with LMI.
    • Demonstrated leadership capability.
    • Minimum 8 years’ experience in the sub-service line.
    • Advanced degree preferred.
    • May consider qualified applicants outside of the National Capital Region.
