  • Overview

    The Solutions Development Services Sub-Service Line has expertise in providing capabilities enabled by software as a service (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS/Azure), cloud application transformation, content resource management and service applications, and customized solutions.


    • Contribute to the growth of the Solutions Development Services Sub-Service Line by defining the strategic direction and driving collaborative initiatives with markets to meet revenue targets. Balance future growth and development of the offerings portfolio for the Sub-Service Line and the present day capabilities of the Sub-Service Line staff to deliver services.
    • Build LMI’s capabilities in the Sub-Service Line and develop innovative offerings that align with customers’ strategy and missions.
    • Support business development efforts to grow opportunities by providing technical input and solutions. Collaborate with market leads to understand the needs of customers and develop capabilities to meet those needs.
    • Ensure staff members deliver capabilities of the Sub-Service Line. Hires, trains, evaluates, and promotes staff members assigned to the Sub-Service Line, and facilitates staff deployment to markets.


    • Solid understanding of LMI’s offerings within the Sub-Service Line, including experience in delivering these capabilities to clients.
    • Proven experience in designing and developing new offerings, revitalizing capabilities and skills, and innovating to enhance Sub-Service Line portfolio offerings.
    • Strong ability to collaborate to get things done in a matrixed organization (e.g., successful collaboration across division/groups).
    • Experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing and dynamic teams to deliver program requirements.
    • Demonstrated experience managing profit and loss and employee utilization is advantageous.
    • Demonstrated strong cultural fit and value alignment with LMI.
    • Demonstrated leadership capability.
    • Minimum 8 years’ experience in the Sub-Service Line.
    • Advanced degree preferred.
    • May consider qualified applicants outside of the National Capital Region.
