LMI seeks a mid-level Compensation and Workforce Analyst with experience within the Intelligence Community to support a program management office (PMO).
The ideal candidate possesses strong client communication skills and is able to interpret and translate customer requirements to assist in the development of accurate position descriptions. The candidate will apply analytical expertise to define tasks and duties in relation to standardized labor category skill levels and develop updated market compensation proposals to labor categories on an annual basis. The candidate must have the ability to prioritize and manage tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions. Th individual is expected to strategize across project teams on workforce- and PMO-related issues, make recommendations, and furnish a variety of client deliverables.
