LMI is currently seeking a mid-level Compensation and Workforce Analyst with experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) to support a Program Management Office (PMO).
The ideal candidate must possess strong client communication skills and be able to interpret and translate customer requirements to assist in the development of accurate position descriptions. The candidate will apply analytical expertise defining the individual tasks and duties in relation to standardized labor category skill levels as well as develop updated market compensation proposals to labor categories on an annual basis. The candidate must have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environment with interruptions. They will be expected to strategize across project teams on workforce and PMO related issues, make recommendations and develop a variety of client deliverables.
Must be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. Tasks will include the following:
Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Five (5) to (9) years delivering human capital strategy, compensation, HR analytics/metrics, BPR/BPI, and/ or organization effectiveness is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university, preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Prior support to the IC a plus
Security Clearance Statement:
TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph is required. Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
