  • Overview

    LMI is seeking a solution architect for establishing an end-to-end resource management function.  This position would architect an end to end resource planning process and tool. The position would also be responsible for standing up a resource management function to optimize resource deployments on projects. The position would also help in architecting operations for identifying workforce needs, related KPI tracking, planning for strategic deployments, and day to day resourcing on projects and proposals. The solution architect will also assist in developing and implementing the infrastructure and technology roadmaps in the mid-long term.


    • Develops and optimizes the resource management operating model
    • Develops the resource management processes and tools
    • Applies predictive analytics to forecast and plan for resource needs and deployment
    • Applies analytics for improving staff development and development-oriented deployment
    • Establish, track, and report workforce KPIs
    • Closely collaborates with service lines and markets
    • Partners with CTO on special projects
    • Assists with strategizing and developing infrastructure and technology roadmaps
    • Performs special projects




    • BA/BS in business or a closely related field required
    • 15 or more years progressively responsible work experience
    • Proven experience with workforce management solutions
    • Experience implementing transformational operations
    • Strong knowledge of public sector
