    LMI seeks an Intel Educator to work on-site with our client in Northern Virginia.

    Responsibilities

    In support of unique client-supplied topics, for which there is no readily available off-the-shelf course provider, the Intel Educator shall work with an Instructional Designer to plan and teach a custom course.  The custom course will be in two varieties: unclassified and classified.  For the unclassified courses, the planning, design, testing, and execution will take place at the contractor's facility.  For the classified courses, the contractor will deploy their personnel (designer, instructor, etc) to the client’s facility for course planning, design, testing, and execution.

    Qualifications

    • Active TS/SCI w/Polygraph.
    • 3–10 years of experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in communications, English, Psychology, Organizational Development, or Related field
    • Experienced classroom and meeting trainer and facilitator
    • Experience building content and facilitation in eLearning platforms
    • Demonstrated instructional design capability, both through formal training and practical on-the-job application; Ability to design training courses using various modalities
    • Excellent MS Office skills, preferably at an advanced level (incorporating sound, video, embedded files, custom animations).
    • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
    • Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills
