    • Successfully led solution development of at least 3 large federal government contracts ($50M TCV or larger), preferably enterprise modernization deals
    • Comfort as mentor/teacher of Solution Architecture best practices
    • Demonstrated expertise in building business cases, solutions, developing proposal artifacts.
    • Familiarity with and past use of Price to Win (PTW) to effectively bid new work.
    • Strong ability to collaborate to get things done in a matrix organization (e.g., successful collaboration across Division/Groups in current LMI structure).
    • Experience managing and leading high performing and dynamic teams to deliver on strategic requirements.
    • Demonstrated strong culture fit and values alignment with LMI.
    • Demonstrated leadership capability. Team player.
    • Minimum 7 years’ experience in the US Federal market.
    • Advanced degree preferred.
