Responsibilities include the integration between the field and headquarters elements to enable the effective checks and balances of mission-driven activities under the direction of a counterintelligence expert for an assigned area. The successful candidate is expected to identify, monitor, and assess the efforts of entities who attempt to collect sensitive information harmful to US interests. They are also able to successfully collaborate with members of the Intelligence Community and law enforcement representatives. As required, produce short- and long-term written assessments. Should be an excellent communicator and writer. Should also be able to effectively, comfortably, and confidently interact with all levels of responsibility and authority.
Responsibilities include managing a full range of HUMINT operational and support activities. Serve as a primary point of contact for an overseas office and/or volume of ongoing intelligence cases. Provide operational guidance for ongoing projects, ensuring any issues are identified to protect the Intelligence Community client’s personnel and facilities. Identify needs, propose recommendations, and identify the pros/cons of possible operational scenarios.
Reports/Collection Management Officer
Responsibilities include driving collection and reporting, actively managing communications, and evaluating intelligence information to ensure collection is providing the client with timely, accurate, clear, and concise reporting. Should be an excellent communicator, writer, and editor. Should also be able to effectively, comfortably, and confidently interact with all levels of responsibility and authority.
HUMINT responsibilities include the integration between the field and headquarters elements to enable the flow and coordination of mission-driven activities under the direction of the leader of an assigned area. This includes strategic guidance, operational case management, and liaison with members of the Intelligence Community and foreign partners. Should be able to collaborate and coordinate with the assigned team implementing actions and innovating where applicable.
Must have a BS degree (or equivalent training and experience) and hands-on related experience. Multiple level positions available.
Additionally, the successful candidate must be a strong team player who has solid relationship-building skills, interacts easily with all levels of clients, and possesses outstanding critical thinking, networking, sound judgment, briefing and writing skills.
Security Clearance Statement:
TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph is required. Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. For this position, LMI will only consider applicants with current security clearances. Please note that only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
