    Targeting Officer

    Responsibilities include the execution of HUMINT-driven collection operations and providing subject matter expertise and guidance to client leadership. Must be able to conduct varied types of research in classified databases, read and process intelligence reports from multiple disciplines, and follow directions as presented in a daily briefing. Should be comfortable with briefing senior-level managers quickly and thoroughly and be able to react to a highly fluid environment.


    Technical Targeting Officer

    HUMINT-driven responsibilities include performing target analysis and research using a variety of analytical tools and data sources, exploiting key data, and analyzing priority targets and problems to enable the Intelligence Community client’s mission. The ideal candidate also possesses investigative skills combined with an ops sense and personal initiative.


    • BS degree (or equivalent training and experience) and hands-on related experience
    • Strong team player with solid relationship-building skills who interacts easily with all levels of an organization
    • Outstanding critical thinking, networking, sound judgment, briefing, and writing skills

    Security Clearance Statement:

    TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. LMI will only consider applicants with current security clearances. Please note that only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
