Work will be on client site of the General Services Administration in Washington, DC with the possibility for some telework.  Candidates must be able to obtain a minimal background investigation clearance. 



    Analyst will be responsible for assisting the client with program and project management support, operations support, and strategic planning. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and no more than 3 years of experience.


    Key responsibilities include:

    • Provide meeting and conference support by preparing for and supporting meetings, briefings, working groups, integrated process teams, committees, conferences, and additional operation activities.


    • Provide support in organization wide strategic planning, program evaluation, monitoring, and measurement.


    • Conduct quantitative and trend analysis of data, develop business cases


    • Provide general and technical research support to projects.


    • Support the program management staff in the preparation of deliverables, internal reports, and briefings associated with the project being supported.


    • Maintain project records and ensure that documents are correct, processed and approved per established processes.
    • Prioritize and manage multiple projects led by different staff members.



    • Bachelor degree preferably in information management or information systems management, business administration, or technology management related disciplines.


    • 0-2 years of relevant work experience.


    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills


    • Task management skills


    • Must be self-directed and detail oriented and able to coordinate and work with a dynamic team and multiple stakeholders.


    • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to compose, write and edit a variety of general business correspondence, management reports, technical presentations, training material, proposals and position papers.


    • Working knowledge with standard Microsoft Office products, Google applications; knowledge of Microsoft Project and Smartsheets a plus.


    • Ability to run virtual meetings using Adobe Meeting Space, or demonstrated knowledge of similar virtual technology (e.g., Skype, Webex)


    • Demonstrated knowledge of general federal acquisition and federal procurement a plus.
