LMI is hiring for Computer Network Operations Synchronization Support Specialists (CNOSSS) at various levels of experience. The requirements for this position are the same as the Computer Network Operations Planning Support Specialist (CNOPSS) labor category with addition of expectation of experience interacting and coordinating among many and different cyber organizations.
For candidate background, candidates for the CNOPSS Senior labor category should have a broad knowledge applicable to the customer’s challenges. The positions are in line with military staff officer positions for the various V3 organizations. These should be senior professionals with leadership qualities, quick reaction capabilities and an understanding of customer and partner missions.
Those candidates that have both breadth and depth in the Intelligence Community will be the most successful.
The CNOPSS candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates should also be able to work in high pressure, quick response situations and keep up with the operational tempo.
A Senior CNOPSS should be a self-starter with political savvy/sensitivity and able to work with minimal direction from the customer. In fact, the Senior CNOPSS should be able to identify issues for the customer and bring these to the customer’s attention along with potential solutions. Excellent problem solving skills are required. Candidates with any type of watch experience such as NSOC, NTOC, JOC, will find this previous experience very useful.
Candidates will find themselves working on a plethora of projects, so will need to be able to hold their own in meetings and working groups with very senior level Community personnel. Candidates should also have excellent presentation and/or training skills.
Must have at least 4 years related experience OR 2 years related experience + technical degree
Required Tools/Certifications: Microsoft Office Suite to include Project and Visio; understanding of PKI/CASPORT system
Preferred Tools/Certifications: Program Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); any technical or security related certifications (i.e. CEH)/background could help to interface with V3 offices/projects
Senior: 8 years related experience OR 5 years related experience + technical degree
Mid: 6 years related experience OR 3 years related experience + technical degree
Junior: 4 years related experience OR 2 years related experience + technical degree

TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph is required.
