Position is on the staff of a not-for-profit government consulting firm located in Tysons, VA. The Business Process Engineer will work on-site at client organization located in Fort Knox, Kentucky for the Product Director, Army Human Resource Systems (PD AHRS).
The Business Process Engineer will apply process improvement and business process reengineering methodologies and principles to achieve the required operational solution. The Business Process Engineer possesses experience in executing the full complement of business process reengineering activities from requirements definition, to architecture, design, implementation, and test, through deployment and operations and support; performs business process reengineering across all life cycle phases, to include addressing business process workflows, organizational change management, architecture and design implications; and implements Department of Defense (DoD) and industry methodologies and best practices across / within the business processes. In addition, the Business Process Engineer has the knowledge and skills to define key processes across the system life cycle management, to include assessing and overseeing the functional and technical requirements, design, development, implementation, and test of system solutions.
