    Position is on the staff of a not-for-profit government consulting firm located in Tysons, VA.  The Organizational Change Manager (Senior) will work on-site at client organization located in Fort Knox, Kentucky for the Product Director, Army Human Resource Systems (PD AHRS).

    Responsibilities

    The Organizational Change Manager (Senior) will lead the development of change management plans for participating organizations aligned with change management initiatives and needs relative to the delivered solution; engage with stakeholders to implement strategies based on organization business needs; define metrics to measure success; monitor progress; identify and manage anticipated resistance and determine how to close gaps; promote adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with change management methodologies; develop project strategies and plans including stakeholder assessments, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.  Key focus areas include: changes to business processes, technology, job roles and organization structures.

    Qualifications

    • More than 8 years of experience and a MA/MS degree, or more than 12 years of experience and a BS/BA degree.
    • Knowledge of recruiting and accessions business processes preferred.
    • 8 or more years of experience providing organizational change management support for IT-based systems.
    • Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
