This position directly supports the Director of Electronic Warfare in the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment. Seeking an independent problem-solver to support the DoD EW portfolio. Candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills, as the position requires written responses to congressional inquiries and regular briefings of and interaction with senior Department of Defense leaders. Must have an in-depth understanding of stakeholders and processes in the DoD. The primary work location is the Mark Center in Alexandria, with regular meetings at the Pentagon.
Duties will include developing briefings for senior leadership, gathering actions during senior leader meetings, and driving action items to completion within short timelines. Will serve as the task lead on action items that come out of leader meetings, so an ability to work independently and efficiently is key.
