    LMI is a not-for-profit government consulting firm, dedicated exclusively to advancing the management of the government. LMI has an immediate need for a Human Resources (HR) Analytics Support Analyst for our Advanced Analytics Group. This position is located in Tysons, VA and requires an active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly.

    Responsibilities

    • Apply HR subject matter expertise toward policies and procedures on workforce training and development, recognition, workforce data analytics, and HR technical tools.
    • Analyze strategic planning goals, human capital planning goals, and budget implications in designing organizational structure; identifying recruitment and training necessary for the current workforce
    • Develop complex programmatic and quantitative methods to find patterns and relationships in data sets; lead statistical modeling, or other data-driven problem solving analysis to address business operations questions.
    • Build and modify statistical and predictive analytic models and methodologies
    • Support ongoing efforts to upgrade and maintain HR information and support software
    • Coordinate with external groups to identify and resolve data issues relating to migration, validation and new capabilities.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
    • 3 years of experience performing data analysis and modeling
    • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
    • Demonstrated HR Management work experience in position management, position classification, organizational effectiveness, and/or HR design programs
    • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI w/ CI Poly

    Desired Qualifications:

    • In-depth knowledge of OPM occupational families and codes 3 years of experience performing data analysis and modeling
    • 5 years of experience performing data analysis and modeling without significant guidance or direction
    • Knowledge of standard data system requirements
