This position is on the consulting staff of a government consulting organization headquartered in Tysons, VA. Work on-site at Mark Center.
Responsible for supporting the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense-Program Support (DASD-PS, Director of OCS Plans & Programs.Supports the institutionalization of operational contract support (OCS) within DoD and with Interagency partners and the continued development of OCS through policy.
Communicate with clients through written reports and oral presentations
Assist in development of reports and briefs to advise clients on required DOTMLPF-P capabilities to meet requirements.
Must be familiar with the DoD and be able to coordinate among OSD offices, the Geographic Combatant Commands, and the Services.
Works with senior Directors within the headquarters as necessary and under the guidance of the Director to execute acquisition policies, programs and objectives across a broad-range of business operations with worldwide impact.
Communicating the results of studies and analysis to clients through written reports and oral presentations.
Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred
5+ or more years of relevant work experience preferred, prior military experience preferred.
Must be self-directed and detail oriented.
Current U.S. Government security clearance is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
