    The Force Modification Analyst will work on-site at client organization located in Petersburg, VA. This position shall provide direct support to the Army, PM Global Combat Support-Army in the Sustainment of GCSS-Army through its Life Cycle. Sustainment of the hierarchical organizational structure that is defined by the Modified Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) and the Table of Distribution and Allowance (TDAs) and DRRS-A. The position will Support the Army's deployment and redeployment process by ensuring the structure is properly built IAW unit requests. Maintain, update and change logistical force element data within GCSS-Army.  Ensure reporting hierarchies are changed and/or maintained accurately. This position will also be required to provide support on all GCSS Army Increment 2 (Aviation Logistics) integration requirements with the Increment 1 baseline, as well as all associated working groups and meetings. This requirement will most likely require traveling to the Huntsville area in support of mission.

    Responsibilities

    • Process DoDAAC Add, Delete and Modification requests
    • Reviews, analyzes and processes Help Desk Tickets for DoDAAC Storage Location, Work Centers, and Maintenance Relationships
    • Monitors GCSS-Army DoDAACs, UICs, PBID data provided by other systems
    • Establishes the deployment and home station structure in GCSS-Army IAW unit requests

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience
    • 5 years of GCSS-Army project experience
    • 5 years of experience in creating and modifying force structure within GCSS Army to include UICs and DODAACs and all corresponding logistical data objects
    • 5 years of experience with converting units to GCSS Army and knowledge of current processes and procedures pertaining to force structure updates and changes
    • Must have Secret Clearance and ability to obtain CAC card
