LMI is currently seeking management consultants with TS/SCI with polygraph clearances and experience supporting Intelligence Community customers.
Ideal candidates will have supported initiatives across more than one IC organizational component, and must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior clients. Candidates should have direct, applied experience in one or several of the following management consulting disciplines:
Strategic Communications Change Management
Business Process Analysis, Improvement, and Reengineering
Data and Statistical Analysis
A BS or BA degree with a major associated with one of the above disciplines is preferred; an MBA, MPA and/or related certification (e.g. PMP) desired. Must have at least 3 years of experience (preferable with an Intelligence Community customer) to include experience in one or more relevant management consulting disciplines.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
