Overview

LMI is seeking a skilled IDIQ Program Manager for Business Transformation Services at our headquarters office in McLean, VA.  The purpose of this project is the delivery a variety of business transformation projects to the SAF/MG who is responsible for the management and execution of the Air Force’s Business Transformation contract for MAJCOM. This position is in the Washington DC/Tysons Corner Va. area.

Responsibilities

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: As the IDIQ PM, you will act as LMI’s single manager for the SAF/MG IDIQ and oversee the execution of the contract in support of delivering business transformation services. You will be responsible for delivering advisory/consulting support focused on moderate to high value, risk, and complex priorities for transformational change. You will provide strategy and implementation support to enable organizations to achieve the desired end state. The IDIQ PM will oversee multiple concurrent business transformation Task Orders (TO) including planning, responding and executing multiple concurrent TOs. You will be responsible for overall quality management, financial management and customer satisfaction. The types of projects you will oversee may include:

  • Transformation and Reform Initiatives
  • Change Management and Communications
  • Organizational Assessments and Reviews
  • Governance
  • Information Technology (IT) Modernization
  • Data Identification and Integration
  • Process Improvement
  • Program Management Support

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience related to planning and executing IT and business strategy transformation projects
  • Minimum of 5 years of program/project management experience leading management and technology consulting engagements
  • Experience managing concurrent Task Orders under an IDIQ and responding to task orders with short response time (3 -10 days)
  • Experience with Agile project management methods
  • Experience communicating complex issues, strategies and solutions to executive stakeholder
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, organizational development, change management or related area.
  • Active Secret Clearance

Desired Qualifications

  • Top Secret clearance
  • Active Certified Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience in DOD/Air Force program management environments, processes, policies and regulations
