LMI is seeking to fill a junior analyst position to support a Department of Defense client in the areas of technology assessment, development, demonstration, documentation and acquisition support in the field of Chemical, Biological, Radiological (CBRN) defense.



  • Plan and conduct technology market surveys
  • Support the assessment and selection of emerging technologies to support program development
  • Support the development of required acquisition documents
  • Support the planning and execution of technical assessments and demonstrations (both CONUS and OCONUS)
  • Prepare briefing and meeting materials for government principals
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement across enterprise
  • Act as client liaison
  • Prepare and draft technology transition agreements between government agencies



  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-3 years work experience in the following fields preferred:
    • CBRN related field
    • Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM)
    • Science and Technology Policy
    • Military or Department of Defense
  • Active Secret clearance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
  • Ability to write/brief to management effectively and professionally
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and client needs
  • Ability to work in both independent and team environments
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and expand technical skill set to meet customer needs
