LMI is a consultancy dedicated to improving the business of government, drawing from deep expertise in advanced analytics, digital services, logistics, and management advisory services.  Our collegial and mission-focused environment supports a culture of continuous learning and development where employees are positioned to make a meaningful impact.  The Program Analyst will support the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Plans & Programs (G-5) on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD.


  • Coordinate with subordinate organizations and subject matter experts, including scientists and engineers, on the collection of technical documentation products, performing analysis of content from a programmatic and communication perspective against Army science and technology requirements and priorities in support of the client.
  • Tailor or scale information and data sets as required to technical stakeholders.
  • Develop plans for the integration of day-to-day and long-range projects, actions and activity.
  • Support the development of various products that contains up to date information on CCDC POM/Army Modernization Priority Portfolios aligned to Army requirements.
  • Build, initiate, and track taskers to coordinate updates, enter the information into task system, and close taskers within the task system as well as the Army Futures Command’s task system.      
  • Represent the client at various meetings to address conflicts with additional engagements support, facilitate, and communicate client views, objectives, provide meeting minutes and action items.
  • Review and prepare clear and concise briefings, documentation, reports, and other supporting information to support IPRs, milestone decisions, and program updates/reviews.
  • Coordinate visitors and assist in preparation for meetings, conferences, and program reviews, reserving facilities, scheduling speakers, and sending notifications to potential attendees.


  • Program Analyst II requires 3-5 years of experience; Program Analyst III requires 5-8 years of experience
  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • Experience supporting programs, projects, or tasks that involve tracking risk and providing constant status or process oversight.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Capability to perform assigned tasks with minimal oversight or correction.
  • Possess a certificate of completion, or obtain and submit one within ninety (90) days of assignment, for the Action Officer Development Course (https://www.atrrs.army.mil/channels/chrtas).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of software, with specific experience in effective use of Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Certificate of completion of DTS Basic 101 training.
