Overview

LMI is seeking a skilled mid-level CBRN Project Analyst at our Walker Lane Alexandria, VA office.  The position requires supporting assessments of Military Departments and Combatant Commands CBRNE capabilities/readiness and analysis of plans and capabilities.  The position will assist a Principal Analyst in development of recommendations to address capability gaps and improve organizational readiness

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include: The position will support a Principal Analyst to: 

  • Collect and analyze supporting documentation; identify trends and develop recommendations
  • Develop, curate data, and supporting documentation retrieval from different repositories
  • Coordinate Meetings and Secure Video Teleconferences (SVTCs)
  • Preparation of Meeting Summaries
  • Preparation of briefing decks, assessment documents, and other products
  • Some public speaking and/or presentations required

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Biology/Chemistry or related field.
  • 6 years of DoD Experience
  • 10 years CBRN defense experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving
  • Strong MS Excel skills required
  • This position will require an active TS security clearance.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience with the JPEO-CBRND or the Chem-Bio Defense Program
  • Military and National Security related experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with CBRN technology desired
  • Experience with senior level staffing process and decision support
  • Working knowledge of capability development and JCIDS process
