LMI is seeking a Human Capital and Organizational Solutions Management Consultant for our Strategy and Organizational Management Group, in support of an Army client. This position may be located in Tysons, VA or at the Pentagon. Candidates must be able to pass background checks and/or obtain a security clearance if needed.

Role includes working as part of a team to conduct one or more projects in strategy, business or organizational assessment, workforce assessment and human capital management, process improvement, change management and communications, or program support.
