LMI’s federal customers are transforming their data analytics technologies and modernizing their data analytics platforms. This role will provide strategic technical leadership and support to government leaders, such as Chief Technology Officers (CTO), Chief Data Officers (CDO), and Chief Information Officers (CIO), on the development and deployment of data analytics technologies and platforms.


  • Serve as technical leader, advisor, and SME to senior government leaders on enterprise data management, advanced analytics, technical infrastructure, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and governance.
  • Develop strategies, recommendations, briefings, and white papers to advise senior leaders on data analytics technologies and decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders, such as data systems owners, business process owners, and technical and functional SMEs across Government organizations.
  • Perform technology assessments, develop product roadmaps, develop system design documents and diagrams, define requirements, and identify system impacts associated with requirements changes.
  • Lead technical teams through the design, development, deployment, maintenance, and sustainment of data analytics applications and platforms.
  • Identify migration strategies to transition from legacy systems and technologies to modernized solutions.
  • Support change management, training, and sustainment activities associated with deploying new data analytics technologies and platforms.  


  • BS/BA Degree, MS preferred
  • Minimum of 25 years of technical experience, including:
    • Ten years of technical project leadership.
    • Five years of experience with logistics, supply chain, financial, and/or other data.
    • Five years of experience with data management, data architecture, data integration, data analytics, and developing technical solutions on an enterprise scale.
    • Three years of experience with leading data analytics technology implementations through the full lifecycle.
    • Three years of experience with cloud-based implementations.
  • U.S. citizen and possess an active DoD Secret security clearance, Top Secret clearance preferred.
