LMI seeks a junior-to-mid level contracts and category management analyst to support the Office of the Secretary of Defense in the National Capital Region. 


The position requires an individual with the ability to:

  • perform detailed contract reviews,
  • identify opportunities for reduction and/or consolidation,
  • perform data analytics, predictive analytics, and the identify and track trends and anomalies, and
  • work closely with various OSD offices at all levels, DoD components, and outside Agencies.  


  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in DoD contracting and acquisition 
  • Demonstrated experience using with the Federal Procurement Database (FPDS)
  • Experience in applying data analytics and predictive analytics
  • Understanding of the Transportation and Logistics services category
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skils
  • Flexibility, adapability, and attention to detail   
  • Active Secret clearance required
