LMI is seeking a skilled Program Manager located in Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. A successful LMI Program Manager will demonstrate competency in project management while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior. This position requires an active Secret clearance.

• Manage the day to day operations of the program and interface with client management daily regarding program/project issues.
• Develop and supervise all aspects of the projects tasks, contract deliverables, and on-site activities, including operational planning and execution, logistics, information systems, administrative, and staffing requirements where applicable.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports and communications to client management. Resolves project staffing and planning issues, manages company staff assigned to the project, and ensures continuity of support during Contractor personnel changes.
• Ensure projects are completed within applicable estimated time frames and budget constraints through coordination of project approach, methods, and staffing; resolves any issues with staff, tools, and methods.
• Establish and maintain project controls and governance leveraging LMI’s program control tools and processes.
• Provide management oversight for contract deliverables and on-site activities, including operational planning and execution, logistics, information systems, administrative, and staffing requirements where applicable.
• Review project deliverables and work products for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to client requirements/standards.
• Identify and meet with key resources, subject matter experts, and advisors from within the Army and contractor staff to establish and maintain network for information sharing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative, effectively solve problems, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Ability to manage quick-turnaround tasks and be very detailed-oriented.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• A true team player who maintains a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.


• Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. Bachelors with additional years of experience can substitute for Masters.
• Minimum of 10 years of Logistics Management experience with the Department of Defense
• PMP, PgMP, or DAWIA III certification
• At least five (5) years supervisory experience
• Understanding of PLM, SCP, Maintenance, MRM/Shopfloor (CAMS), IMWM, HR, Finance/Funds Management, Acquisition, Distribution and EDW
• Experience in initiating and maintaining technical direction within broad program objectives directly related to PLM, SCP, Maintenance, MRM/Shopfloor (CAMS), IMWM, HR, Finance/Funds Management, Acquisition, Distribution and EDW
• Demonstrated knowledge of / experience with implementation of DODI 5000 series
• Demonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams and the ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of contracted effort such as program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management
• Demonstrated experience successfully leading a contract within the DoD environment
• Secret Clearance Required
